How do I connect to the APH VPN?
The APH VPN allows you to access files and applications as if the laptop is directly connected to the PCN, eliminating the need to connect to a separate remote desktop. Is multi-factor authentication (MFA) available for APH?
Microsoft Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is currently unavailable. Multiple users are unable to log into APH Desktop and other Microsoft 365 services as a result. Microsoft are investigating a widespread issue. APH Remote Access
How do I access epic or Atlantic Health email remotely?
Once you are setup with Multi Factor Authentication, you can then proceed to remotely access Atlantic Health Email or Epic through our Citrix connection application using the instructions below.
PDF Files
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view or print PDF documents and can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe.
Zipped Files
Reports comprising sets of files are provided in archive (.zip) format and may be opened with a program such as Winzip, PKUNZIP or NetZip. This type of software is often available on the internet as freeware or shareware.

Connecting to SPHP Remotely
Once you have Remote Access and Multi-Factor Authentication set up, go to https://connect.trinity-health.org/. You will be asked to run a scan. Accept this.
