You can access the system using your Arcadia Credentials. To use the RCA you need a computer with an internet connection and a Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client installed. Your computer must be on the Arcadia network connected through the Fortinet Virtual Private Network (VPN) client.

How do I get to the Arboretum from Arcadia?

These group tours of 10 or more visitors can be arranged with at least one month’s advance notice by contacting Nancy Carlton, Volunteer Manager at 626.821.3210 or nancy.carlton@arboretum.org. We can create customized tours to meet your group’s special interests.

How old do you have to be to visit the Arboretum?

Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If you are purchasing tickets for a school or youth group, the Arboretum requires one adult chaperone for every 10 youths or students under the age of 18. To enter the garden, you must wear a face mask or covering, observe safe distancing and follow our Garden Etiquette and Rules.

What is a service animal at the Arboretum?

A service animal at the Arboretum must remain on a leash or harness at all times and may not be left unattended. You are responsible for controlling your service animal’s behavior and for cleaning up after your service animal.

Is there a service dog at the Arboretum?

No pets allowed, please. Service dogs are welcome at the Arboretum. However, other animals, pets, emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are prohibited as they are not considered service animals under the ADA. Click here to learn more about what is considered a service animal.

Hours

  • Visiting hours Monday – Friday are 9am to 7pm with last entry at 6:30pm. We close at 5pm Saturday & Sunday, with last entry at 4:30pm. Tickets are limited and must be purchased online prior to visiting. Arboretum members are free.

  1. Our paved roads provide access to many of landscape areas.
  2. Currently wheelchairs are notavailable to rent.
  3. Closed for restoration:  A wheelchair lift is located at the Queen Anne Cottage.
