Sports medicine is great, whole company not so much
The sports medicine division is amazing. Directors, managers, and staff are all great to work with and fight for the employees. Executive team above the directors do not appreciate the athletic trainers at all. Just treated as an expense and not valued - the salaries reflect that.

Do not recommend
While I made the company a priority in my life, I did not receive any loyalty in return. I felt threatened by my manager and Director when my team merely hit our goals rather than vastly exceeded them. Environment of fraternity boys run wild. Shame and Intimidation are their main “motivational” tools.
