Why can't I connect to Atrium Health’s network?

Because of the different security and firewall settings individuals may have on their PC, Atrium Health cannot guarantee or support technical issues when connecting to our network. If you are not an employee of Atrium Health and have accessed this page in error, please return to our home page.

How do I access my Documents on my Atrium Health laptop?

Use Office: If you're using an Atrium Health laptop, then Outlook/Teams/Skype will all work normally. If your documents are saved in SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams, then you'll have normal access to all of them. If your documents are saved on network drives (like F: or X:), then you'll need to use GoRemote to access them.
