How to access remote desktop?

A few tips before you start: 1 When accessing a machine please be patient, it takes time to create your profile before you see the remote machine desktop. 2 Expect to see some lag in certain software. If your internet connection is slow or spotty, you may have problems; log out and try another machine; check your internet connection. 3 Maximize your browser window and use F11 to go full screen for a better view. 4 While in a remote session, use cloud storage to transfer files to the remote machine or drag and drop files onto the remote window and they will appear in a drive called Guacamole Filesystem. 5 If you are idle for 30 minutes, you will be logged out and lose your work.
