Annoyed by advertising inside PAID services
We are and have been IT glue users for a long time. Since the Kaseya purchase they steadily have ratcheted up cross advertising, which has been a nuisance. Today I logged in to be greeted by a full page advertisement telling me I need to call my rep to talk about My glue. To me this practice is unacceptable in a platform that is not exactly cheap.

FYI: Datto BCDR Appliances
I'll cut to the chase: Datto appliances are running Ubuntu 16.04, which is now EoL. This increases attack surface inside your/your customers' network. Datto have said they do not have an ETA on an upgrade at the present time.
