Case 1 & 4: J169 and J179 phones don't show the user's feature buttons when they are programmed on the system. For instance, when a Twinning button is programmed it does not show up on the phone.

That firmware is tested with the IP Office release represented by the DVD for correct operation. The firmware is located in a zip file in the folder binVPN Phone.

Case 1: Customer reports quality of service issues over their 9806 phones. 9608 not registering to IP Office via remote location
Cause
Case 1: Phones did not had the correct firmware and had to point to IP Office HTTP server to obtain them.
Solution
Case 1:Please follow CRAFT procedure to login to phones Administration Menu and scroll down to ADDR field to program the HTTP address to be that of your IP Office.
