As such, if you’re experiencing disconnects from the game we recommend you first try to connect on a different network (if possible) in order to rule out the possibility that this is the cause.

Hello, I'm posting this because I wanted to ask fellow players if they have had the same issue I recently had while playing Blade and Soul. I logged into the game and was playing the orange quest-lines to unlock my weekly quests. I'm a new player who just ended the game.

This has happened to myself and to others which have left the game long time ago. When I came back after a long break, I encountered this same situation and was given the same response by some incompetent GM. And it's a bit shocking because I was one of the founders (bought Master Founder's Pack)...

That's such bs. You can tell me I can't use it, but telling me that I can't possess it is going to far. I've got a drive full of tools for software development, including compilers, decompilers, process monitors, memory editors, etc., any of which could be used to try to hack the game.

ur ip problems dont use from other system just use one system or one network different IP ur account will be blocked for 24hour

Got my authentication error but its not server, its account authentication failure

Same for me now. Account auth failure right after the correct pin. Was 1hr afk, came back, was in the lobby, couldnt start, so closed the game. Now can't get back in..

Please stop bringing the "IP" issue. If there are more than 5 topics and 35 pages of people with this issue, and there weren't yesterday, it's not about a specific IP issue.
