Does O365 use remote access tokens?

The new service does not use the old Remote Access tokens, but uses the same two factor authentication as we now use on the O365 email service, i.e. it uses the Microsoft Authenticator application on a mobile device, so if staff have not previously set this up to access email from outside of school, this will need to be done before trying to login to the new service. Instructions to do this are included in the guide.

When will the service charge change?

The change in service charge will happen from 1st April 2020 and will be a reduction for the majority of schools. The service is web based so there is no software install required on the end computer and the desktop provided is now Windows 10.
