Why brewmation kegs?
Brewmation offers a full line of in-stock Sanke and firkin kegs, saving you on shipping costs and getting your beer flowing before you can say Gladiator. Controls
We offer several levels of automation for the distilling systems. Our Advanced Controls include a PLC / HMI (touchscreen) based interface, monitoring and controlling your mash vessel, fermentation tanks, and distilling system, and can be networked for remote access.
Electric Systems
The electrically heated stills utilize a Bain Marie configuration. Electric heating elements are placed in an oil bath (shown as orange in the picture) that is surrounding the still's pot. The oil is heated by the elements, which in turn heats the wash.
Steam Systems
We offer natural gas, propane, fuel oil, and electric fired steam boilers. The boilers would be located outside of the class 1 division 2 area and the steam would be piped to the still's jacket. We provide a variable position steam valve that is controlled by the control system.

What is a Gladiator keg?
We've partnered with Stout Tanks and Kettles to develop The Gladiator, a semi-automated 2-head keg cleaner that allows you to load 2 kegs, connect the valves, press start and walk away to perform other duties. Every keg washers is assembled and tested in our own manufacturing facility to the highest standards.
How many kegs can a keg cleaner clean?

Can you heat caustic in a HLT?
Heating only 20G of caustic in your HLT might not be possible, depending on your heat source. The minimum volume to engage the float (on an electric system) might be more than required for CIP, and heating only 20G using steam of direct fire can be inefficient. The CIP Module alleviates this by heating only what you need with minimal effort.
Do you need a keg washer for a cip cart?
While our dedicated CIP carts can be a real time-saver, many breweries don't have the space or budget for an extra piece of equipment when starting out, but most will need a keg washer and mobile pump. The CIP Module for the Gladiator is an inexpensive way to add extra functionality to your keg washer.
Does Gladiator keg washer have a CIP?
For breweries with tanks up to about 5BBLs, we've added a CIP upgrade module to our Gladiator Keg Washer. When paired with your mobile pump, this low-cost option allows your keg washer to do double-duty to provide heated caustic, rinse water, and sanitizer for your CIP process.
Can you use a mobile pump to recirculate caustic?
You'll then use your mobile pump to recirculate the caustic according to your operating process. Once the cycle is done, the caustic can be re-captured into the Gladiator (using the provided return port) for re-use.
