Working remotely came on suddenly and the company wasn’t prepared for the isolation employees would feel. Remote contract employees were using AWS as the companynVPN which had no access to my computers camera so if I wanted to video, I needed to jump to another platform and wouldn’t have access to my files on the vpn.
Where do I begin? This company was horrible
I don’t recommend working for them. They made me feel like I was just a number to them and not an employee. Every day when I logged off, I felt stressed. Production (quotas) matters the most to them over anything else.
