How do I connect to a CAEN Windows computer remotely?
Connecting to CAEN's Windows Remote Desktop Service requires the use of Duo Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to log in. All that is needed is to enroll a device. Once that is complete, there are two options for connecting:
Connect Using the VMware Horizon Client
The VMware Horizon Client is available for many common operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and Chromebook.
Connect Over the Web
Note: The option to connect via a web browser is provided for convenience. Using the VMware Horizon Client, as described above, will provide the best performance for graphics-intensive applications, and the most stable user experience.
