What is the new remote access system?
The new remote access system, "Connect", is now available for all users with the exception of vendors providing on demand type support. ******All on demand support vendors should contact their local application owners and begin the process of moving to Securelink.
What do I do if I do not have remote access?
If you do not have Remote Access, please contact your agency IT staff. If your agency uses Microsoft Office 365 (O365) email, you must use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge in the InPrivate Browsing setting or Google Chrome in the Incognito Mode Setting. SSO (Service Management Portal)
How do I complete an online screening for Cheo?
All staff and medical staff need to complete an online screening every day prior to accessing the main CHEO building. Fill out the online screening form by clicking the link below. Review and follow the instructions sent to you by email after submitting your responses.
