The Richmond Circuit Court Clerk’s Office will no longer be using the historical land records database (pre-1993) we have been using for many years (the COTT database.) We have merged these records onto the Supreme Court Secure Remote database, so all our land records which have been digitized, back to 1782, will be on the one site.
