What is C-more console?
C-more Remote Access Console: The C-more Console will then open on the PC. The user will be requested to enter the correct data before any screen data will be displayed. If not, for security purposes it is highly recommended that the user accounts be configured with a User Name and Password.
Why does my remote panel beep?
Sound Feedback: You will hear some beeping from this client software if the Beep is not disabled in the panel project. The beep is the feedback sound from the remote panel when any input objects on the screen, such as Push Button, are clicked with the mouse and the remote panel receives the mouse operation properly. Presently the Remote Access application does not support playing the sound ( wav) files stored in the project. Only the local operator will hear the sound of the wav file playing.
Why do remote users zoom in on screen?
The Zoom features come in handy if the remote user wants to zoom in on a certain part of the screen to see better or perhaps take a screen capture and save it for documentation. This feature is client based and does not affect the view of the local operator. The image below gives an example using the zoom feature.
How many links are there in a remote access HTML page?
Remote Access HTML Page: The default HTML page will have two links to choose from. The IP address should be displayed in the link if the panel project has been configured properly with the C-more Programming Software. The user must choose the link that applies to their network connection. Most office or factory networks will have Firewalls that protect the network from unauthorized outside connections.

Open Internet Explorer or any Internet Browser software and type in the panel’s IP address.
Why is my C-more browser not opening?
If the C-more Browser window does not open, it is possible that the URL that was used is incorrect or no longer accessible. Depending on the log-in access level that you are using, you may use the mouse on your PC to control the Screen objects as if you were touching the actual C-more panel.
What security measures are required for a C-more panel?
Security measures may include password protection, changing the ports exposed on your network, including a VPN in your network, and other methods. Security should always be carefully evaluated for each installation.
