At the end of the day, during Shutdown processing, ConsignPro uploads a small portion of your ConsignPro database to the myresaleweb.com website. Consignors can visit our new website and login with their consignor id number and last name.

How do I setup the e-mail screen in ConsignPro? The ConsignPro system can send e-mail to your customers, consignors, or both. On our Postman screen, you will need to fill the outgoing server name and port number for the e-mail account associated with your Internet service.
Can I Sell my consignpro license if my store closes?
Unfortunately not. The ConsignPro license cannot be sold, given, or donated to any other party if you close your store. If you are selling your store, including the name, physical location, and current phone number, the new owner may be able to assume your license thru our transfer process.
How many colors does ConsignPro have?
ConsignPro has 5 color choices, each is selected to the right of the “Exit” button on the Main Menu by clicking on the colored squares.
When do the Employees and Maintain Store buttons appear?
The Employees and Maintain Store buttons only appear when the store owner logs in. If you are the owner and still don’t see those buttons, please e-mail us for instructions on regaining access to that part of your system.
Does ConsignPro work with receipt printer?
However, if you wish, you can purchase your receipt printers, drawers, scanners, etc from any vendor you choose. If you don’t buy our exact makes and model, those pieces may not work with ConsignPro . Be sure to check our compatibility page before making any purchase.
Can a shop owner use a local computer?
We find it easier for the shop owner if they work with a local computer supply or repair business for the networking setup in their shops. Once the network is in place, most store owners can follow the instructions on our networking support page to complete the setup.
Can you connect ConsignPro to a store?
At this time, it is not possible to connect stores using ConsignPro together. We are working on a solution that will allow you to share data across store, but we don't have an ETA at this time.
Can you sell ConsignPro license?

Does ConsignPro run QuickBooks?

You can try our new site right now. Visit myresaleweb.com . Select “HI” under State and then "MRW Test Store". Under "Consignor Info". Enter 7 for consignor id and "Walters" for the last name. Click Lookup. While this is just test data, you should begin to understand just how helpful this site will be for both you and your consignors.
How to grant remote desktop access to a user?
To grant Remote Desktop access permissions to a user account, click on “ Select Users ” on the bottom right of the window. This opens the Remote Desktop Users dialog box. Click on Add button to add your user account to the list.

In order to set up Remote Desktop Connection, follow these step-by-step instructions: 1 Press the Windows key + X to open the Quick Access menu. Click System from the menu that pops up. 2 The next window will show you all of the basic specifications of your computer such as model number, CPU configuration, installed memory, etc. Click on the “ Remote settings ” link on the left pane. 3 Tick the “ Allow remote connections to this computer ” checkbox.#N#If you’ll be connecting to this computer from a system that’s running any version of Windows older than Windows 7, then do not check the “ Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication ” checkbox. 4 To grant Remote Desktop access permissions to a user account, click on “ Select Users ” on the bottom right of the window.
