Good place to work. Just be willing to put in the work

No issues, cr england will take care of you. Just be willing to do the work and drive safely. You can definitely make good money for your family and get a good start in life. The equipment is good and the loads are available. If you need assistance there are plenty of people willing to help you. Lots of opportunities to move up the ladder.

Not worth it

They don't pay you squat, I did OTR and nailed 3000 miles a week and never saw a check over 600. Good place too get your CDL but not a place you wanna stick too. I did more sitting than driving most of the time

Worst experience with a company

Ridiculous. Unorganized. Lowest pay possible. Don’t care for home time, however time off from loads is your 34 he reset which is usually very inconvenient. The company doesn’t withhold taxes so you have to take care of that yourself. Especially if you’re from Delaware. If you plan on leaving get a copy of all of your pay stubs prior to doing so.

Basic way to start

Not very good pay to start you could probably use them for a license and than just apply somewhere else and pay off your loan that way. Dispatchers are slow.

Working for the School is awesome

Trent is an awesome boss! He really tries his best to keep his employees satisfied and happy. He really pushes for us for more pay and bonuses, plus getting us clothing. Whenever time is needed off he is always willing to approve it.

Gives new driver a great opportunity to grow and learn as you go

It's was very difficult at the start how ever if you push through it you'll be very happy with pay and your manager. I had a great experience working here.

A starter company

Not really bad it's just a starter company to get you in the door. You will have to team with someone if you don't have anyone so be prepared but it's OK for the most part.
