How do I login to the D-H network?
If you are using a “managed” or work-issued computer or device: Go to dhapps.hitchcock.org to login. Get Secure Access login instructions. Note: When you access the D-H network with Secure Access, you will not be able to cut and paste between files that are open on your computer and files that are open in Secure Access.
How do I install D-H enterprise applications on Windows?
Enter your Windows user name, password, and a valid tokencode in the screen that appears. Once logged in, click the folder “D-H Enterprise Applications” folder. Click the icon for the application you want to use. The application you selected will open in a new window.
Where can I find training materials for D-hconnect?
Training materials and a practice environment are accessible via the Citrix portal. The D-Hconnect practice environment has test patients and test data for you to familiarize yourself with its features and navigation.
