How do I get access to my Dignity Health Records?

Simply follow the steps in the “Action needed: Your Dignity Health records” email message you received. Please check your inbox for an email invitation and follow the steps there, or call your clinic to request a new invite. Your account is convenient, secure, and electronic place for you to access your clinic and hospital health information.

What is two step verification with Dignity Health?

Dignity Health has partnered with a 3rd party to provide secondary authentication to remote access systems. You will need to register for Two Step Verification while attached to the Dignity Health network either at a Dignity Health location or via VPN.

Log in with the email address you provided to the hospital or clinic during your visit. Navigate to “My medical records” or click the “View medical records” icon. Select your region, and you will be prompted to link your accounts and access your medical records.

If you haven't already, register for an account on www.ClinicalKey.com using your Dignity Health assigned email address from a computer connected to the Dignity Health network. If you do not have a Dignity Health email, contact your librarian.
