Not sure if this is the best way to do it but we have the software installed on our server and then we connect to that server through a VPN tunnel from our other location. Once it’s setup, you don’t have to log in and out or open anything special, just open drake. I guess the only downside is it requires pretty good internet speeds, at least at the server location. I know drake has the cloud version but the majority shareholder is against having our data on there and the extra $.
