What kind of computers does the ECC have?
The ECC has Windows 10 computers located in rooms SEM 231-A, B, C, D, SEM 321, WPEB 100, and 101. Each machine has a wide variety of specialized engineering software and a Xubuntu 14.04 virtual machine.
How do I log in to my ECC-windows?

ECC Remote Access Overview
The Engineering Computing Center (ECC) offers several different methods for remote access, depending on the operating system being connected to.
Microsoft Windows (ECC Windows)
This is the service you should use by default for remote access to Windows in the ECC while classes are remote.
CentOS Linux (ECC Linux)
More modern version of NX, supporting hardware 3D and hardware-accelerated encoding/decoding. Remote GUI access to Linux. Connects directly to an ECC Linux lab workstation. This is a shared resource so it’s possible that more than one user will end up on the same workstation.

Is ECC open for fall 2020?

College of Engineering students may use labs as long as they mutually respect the use of that space by multiple individuals, follow 6-ft.
