I'm running Beta, Version 3.0.5171.19958 and for me upnp was also enabled, on my router upnp is disabled so no harm done, but it is also a hazard for running Beta versions I guess.

Any Dolby Vision files do work, but are constantly buffering, normal HDR10 is fine

I have been having issues with this for a few weeks, some movies seem to have some buffering issues, getting "stuck" about every 5 minutes, needing about 30 seconds, then playing again.

To disable remote access, disable upnp in the server and make sure your firewall on the router is on. After upnp in the server has been deactivated make sure to give it a restart.
