When will I be able to access epic?
Student can expect to be able to access Epic in 3-business days after completing training. You can access links to UW Medicine clinical systems on the UW Medicine Clinical Toolkit webpage. You will use your UW Medicine/AMC account to access clinical systems at UW Medicine facilities.
How do I access epic in the UW Learning Hub?
Login to the UW Learning Hub with your NetID account and click on the Learner Dashboard icon. You will see all modules of the training bundle you’ve been registered for, listed with a Start button on the right hand side of the screen. Student can expect to be able to access Epic in 3-business days after completing training.
What training is required to access the epic EHR system?
All medical students are registered for the ‘ Epic Orders IP/OP Medical Student ‘ training bundle for when/if required to access the Epic EHR system at any of the following UW Medicine facilities: This training is required in order to receive access to Epic.

Accessing Cloud Storage using Box
To access files from your Box account, follow the Cloud Storage Integration instructions here. Then, simply open your files from the I: drive within the application.
Accessing network storage
You can request to have your account provisioned for network storage. Once provisioned, any CSBS-managed computer you log into will have the drive letter N: where files can be stored and accessed.
Accessing local storage
Local files are only available logging into the virtual lab directly through Citrix Workspace. When you login the first time, you should see a prompt to allow access from Workspace to your local files. Click "Permit all access".
