Information and Digital Services (IDS) enables the Department through technology to work flexibly and remotely. While IDS continues to modernise ways of working through the deployment of Windows 10 enabled laptops and tablets, all ex-FACS/ LAHC / AHO staff currently have access to a range of technology that enables a mobile workforce.

Remote desktop services allows you to access your work computer through another computer with a connection to the Internet. Your icons, programs, and printers will all be available. You can even transfer files between UGA systems.
