I ran into this issue on a Server 2003 physical box; I checked all the MS Technet recommendations but everything looked correct (And was). I was able to ILO to a console, log in and do the IPsec thing, and it worked like a charm. I’m scratching my head as to WHY though…..

I am having issues trying to connect to a network using VPN on Windows 8.1. I have a VPN connection set up which had been working fine until now, however now when I click on it to connect nothing happens.
