How does GFI Software provide remote assistance?
Once a ticket has been opened, a GFI support tech may request to use this tool for advanced troubleshooting purposes. To provide remote assistance, GFI Software requires access to your local machine. GFI Software will also record and store each remote assistance support session, solely to provide support services to you.
Is it still available through GFI unlimited?
It will continue to be available through GFI Unlimited This product is at End of Life. Please see the GFI WebMonitor End of Life Status article for more information. When Kaspersky is not licensed, the message displayed is to update to Unified Protection
