Access HealthONE (AH1) is a 24/7 transfer center that serves as a gateway for requests from physicians wishing to transfer a patient into HealthONE. The transfer center is open seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. AH1 is staffed with experienced acute care RNs to facilitate patient transfers, consults, and transports.

Access HealthONE Mission, Vision and Values

We are committed to the care and improvement of human life through the cultivation of innovative technology and centralized services that enhance and streamline consultations, transfers, and admissions for the patients and healthcare providers in our communities.

What is a WEsleyCare Virtual Network?

HealthONE/WesleyCare Virtual Network is an innovative program that uses HIPAA-compliant telemedicine technology to bring the best of healthcare to communities that need 24/7 access to specialists, but do not have local resources. Through H1VN/WCVN, partner hospitals and clinics in a four-state region have access to real-time, fully interactive acute consultations with medical specialists 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our goals are simple: Improve patient care, keep patients and families in their home communities, and assist in transport of a patient if a higher level of care is needed.

What is tele-diabetes education?

Tele-Diabetes Education Services deliver health education, coaching, and interventions to patients via telemedicine. Certified Diabetes Educators are available Monday-Friday, 7am to 5pm for consults on patients over 12 years of age. Diabetes Education Services may be requested with or without an endocrinology consult. The goals of the program are diabetes prevention, prediabetes and diabetes management by providing recommendations for therapeutic interventions, diagnostic tests and self-care behaviors for any routine (non-time-sensitive) diabetic condition.

What is synchronized stroke care?

Synchronized stroke care reduces time to notification of suspected large vessel occlusions. As the region’s leading provider of telestroke services, the HealthONE Virtual Network provides 24/7 neurology coverage for more than 50 hospitals in a five-state region. Now we’ve added artificial intelligence to automatically detect suspected large vessel occlusions (LVOs), providing earlier identification of stroke and helping improve time to therapeutic intervention.
