Who can use this HealthPartners system?

This HealthPartners system is to be used by authorized users only. By logging on, users agree to comply with all applicable policies, which include users expressly consenting to monitoring of system use for administrative and security purposes.

How can I get remote access to my partners system?

If you are a researcher who is collaborating with a user (s) outside the Partners Network, or working with a vendor and they need access to internal Partners system, they will need to use the new Enterprise-wide remote access solution called SecureLink . Is there access to the partners network via VPN?

There is access to the Partners Network via VPN available for the Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems for Partners and affiliate employees. Temporarily, manager approval and this formal request process is not required for new employees. As of 3/16/2020, existing employees were automatically granted VPN access.

How do I assign remote access to a researcher?

IS&T Security Management is responsible for the Employee Mobile Device and Remote Access Policy at HealthPartners/REG and shall conduct a risk analysis to document safeguards for each device to be used on the network or on equipment owned by HealthPartners/REG. IS&T Security Management is responsible for developing any related Standards and Procedures for implementing this Policy.

What is HealthPartners/REG?

HealthPartners/REG employees must ensure the appropriate physical and logical security controls are implemented at any remote location that is used to access HealthPartners/REG systems, applications and data beyond the functionality of Microsoft Outlook (e-mail and calendar).

Where is the Partners Workspace?

Partners Applications are available to users via Mac, Windows or Mobile device via the Partners Workspace available at https://workspace.partners.org from either in-hospital, or remotely (Partners Username and Password required).

Do partners need to be encrypted?

All Partners and non-Partners laptop computers connecting to the Partners network through OWA , VPN, GoToMyPC, or by other channels must be encrypted. Instructions can be found at: https://rc.partners.org/kb/information-security/encryption

Do I need an account to purchase PHS?

Can you remote SSH to a Linux server?

For advanced users and those unable to use the VPN software you may request remote SSH access to the clusters or Linux servers.
