UpToDate can be accessed through a mobile app that is available for iPhone, iPad, and Android smart phones and tablets. Users must first register for a free individual account with UpToDate through HFHS. Registration must be done from a computer on the Henry Ford network or from a remote connection to Henry Ford.

ClinicalKey App

Go to ClinicalKey from the link on the Sladen Library website and click on Register in the top right corner of the page to create a personal account. You must use your HFHS email address when you create your account.

ClinicalKey for Nursing App

Go to ClinicalKey Nursing from the link on the Sladen Library website and click on Register in the top right corner of the page to create a personal account. You must use your HFHS email address when you create your account.

VisualDx App

VisualDx is a visual reference tool for medical professionals that aids therapeutic decisions and improves patient safety.

Web of Science

Web of Science can be accessed through a mobile app for iOS and Android. The app is called Web of Science My Research Assistant, or MyRA. Using the app through an account affiliated with HFHS provides users with additional search functions not available to free users.

PubMed

The new PubMed interface is mobile-optimized and automatically adjusts to fit any screen. If you use the Find It @ Sladen links to access full-text articles, you will be asked to authenticate with your HFHS remote access ID and password (HFHS Corp ID).
