Is Holly Street Village a good place to live?
Overall Holly Street Village is a great place to live. The apartments are updated with new appliances, they have a gym that we took advantage of and the staff is great. They were responsive to all the issues we had while we lived there (especially Rachel and Keith). The best thing about this place is that it's right next to the gold line. This made it really convenient to get to work in dtla. Also, you're in old town so it's easy to just get out and take a walk to the shops. They recently upgraded the elevators which is definitely a plus.
