What is two step verification with Dignity Health?

Dignity Health has partnered with a 3rd party to provide secondary authentication to remote access systems. You will need to register for Two Step Verification while attached to the Dignity Health network either at a Dignity Health location or via VPN.

How to access Dignity Health records?

If you would like someone to have access to your records to help manage your care, you may contact your Dignity Health facility or Doctor’s Office to authorize a trusted person to be added as a proxy. This may also be terminated at any time by calling the technical support center at (844) 274-8497.

The Dignity Health account provides you with online access to your medical information on a convenient and secure website. View your personal health records, clinical summaries, laboratory and imaging results, as well as instructions and education specific to your care. After registering, navigate to https://www.clinicalkey.com/#!/remote-access OR click on your profile icon in the top right corner and then click on “Remote Access.” You must be on the Dignity Health Network.

If you haven't already, register for an account on www.ClinicalKey.com using your Dignity Health assigned email address from a computer connected to the Dignity Health network. If you do not have a Dignity Health email, contact your librarian.

Please note OpenAthens registration link below is strictly licensed for St. Joseph's Medical Center (SJMC) staff in Stockton, CA. If you are outside of SJMC, please contact your librarian.

Can you access ClinicalKey with Dignity Health?

Check your Dignity Health email on the same device you intend to access ClinicalKey and there should be an email from ClinicalKey to activate your remote access. You have initiate a separate email and follow this process over again for each device you intend to access ClinicalKey with.
