How to install parsec on Windows?
The installer comes with both the Teams ID setting and Parsec in one bundle, so with your command line, run parsec-windows.exe /norun /silent (this is case sensitive). The flag /norun tells Parsec that it should not run after installing. The flag /silent tells Parsec to install silently.

1: GFN: Decent sized but limited game library, but for me it's the most consistent quality in general use and connection, simplest PC platform to use, and now has a 3080 tier which is amazing. Good bang for your buck as well.
Concerned about the way Moonlight uses data
So I recently started making use of Moonlight on my Shadow PC in an attempt to reduce the data usage since I'm unfortunately on a capped home internet connection, and jeez.. the Moonlight phone app used 200MB in 3 minutes of doing nothing at all, just kept staring at a still Microsoft Edge window
Has anyone used free customer wifi with a streaming service?
I know this is slightly adjacent to game streaming, but after testing both moonlight and Nvidia's Geforce Now over home WiFi and cellular, cellular is barely playable. It might improve on 5G, but from what I know of my ISPs implementation,there will still be significant lag.
