I have been using BI v4.8.6.3 on Windows 10 for a few years with my home IP cams. I recently purchased a new camera, an Amcrest IP4M-1041W, and am having some trouble trying to get two-way audio working.

I have found an open box Trendnet TV-IP318PI for $30 locally and I heard that you can flash these cameras with Hikvision firmware. Does anyone know how I can find out which model of Hikvision I would need to look at firmware for?
