Did you wait 30 seconds or more between the time you closed the RemoteApp and the double-click to launch it again? The reason I ask is even if all RemoteApps have closed the session will remain connected for about 20 seconds. For example, say you have Notepad open as a RemoteApp, close it, then 3 seconds later launch Notepad again.
