Vendor should provide complete technical details for the same in his proposal.
Can admin know UID and PWD?
And once authorized users have logged into the proposed remote access system then they need not know or remember User name & Password for accessing individual UID & PWD authenticated resources. Only admin will know & configure actual UID & PWD for such resources.
Can you have multiple logins?
Multiple instances of login by individual should not be permitted.
Do end users need to be registered?
End users are registered by Administrator only. No client end user registration is required.
Is Isro cloud based?
ISRO cloud will be provided on vmWare based V MS. In case, it is not acceptable, ISRO cloud will provide required bare metal hardware on which vendor has to install required VMS in secured manner. Vendor will be responsible for maintaining VMS as well as its local security. ISRO will provide perimeter security (Standard perimeter Firewall, IPS, etc). Vendor should provide complete technical details of the same in his proposal.
