What information is required to use JeffNet?
In connection with the right to use JeffNet, the Clerk of Court gathers certain personal information such as names, addresses, email addresses, and credit card information. This information is used strictly in connection with the use of JeffNet. In order to use JeffNet, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information, including but not limited to name, address, email address, and telephone number, which is used to contact you regarding account questions or concerns.
How much does JeffNet cost?
JeffNet offers a day rate for users who do not require the full monthly subscription. The day rate is $5.00 for a 24 hour access block. Day accounts have full access to all online records and image viewing. Clerk of Court documents can be purchased and downloaded as PDF documents for $.75 per page. Certified copies also are available. The cost for those is $.75 per page plus $5.00 certification cost for court records and 10.00 for mortgage records. JeffNet 24-Hour users do not pay the $100 set-up fee. The JeffNet 24-Hour account does not provide access to e-filing or e-recording services. Users who wish to utilize e-filing or e-recording privileges must setup a standard JeffNet subscription. ***IMPORTANT*** E-filing and e-recording services are not available with 24-hour access accounts.

When does JeffNet renew?
JeffNet is a service offered by subscription which is paid on the 1st day of each month, and is automatically renewed on the 1st day of each month thereafter. Should you choose to cancel the subscription after the 1st day of the month, the subscription will terminate immediately and the automatic renewal will cease.
Can you get copies of clerk of court documents from JeffNet?
In addition to the JeffNet subscription service, copies of clerk of court documents may be purchased and downloaded as a PDF document, and certified copies are also available. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees for the costs associated with obtaining copies and certified copies. Documents are delivered immediately in PDF format which the user can then immediately save for future use. The option of having the PDF emailed to the user is also available. Refunds are not available for the cost of obtaining copies or certified copies of documents.
Is JeffNet compatible with Windows?
JeffNet is compatible with all modern devices including Windows, Macintosh, iPhone, iPad, and Android operating systems. Windows computers will have to download an ActiveX control to view images, all other devices print images as PDF documents and require a PDF viewer.
