What happened to remote access to Jefferson?

JEFFERSON REMOTE ACCESS CHANGES - EFFECTIVE 04/22 Users with current remote access through Remote Access Portal (RAP) must begin using Jefferson's new Workspace ONE portal at this time. Effective 04/22 at 9 a.m., RAP access will no longer be available.

Do I need a Jefferson Campus key to access the site?

Most e-journals, e-books and databases are available on campus without special login, but require off-campus users to provide a valid Jefferson Campus Key to our PROXY SERVER. You don't need to register, load software, or do anything else to access the proxy server. It responds automatically when you click on links on the site.

How many libraries are there in Jefferson County?

The four libraries serve thousands of students, faculty, and staff, by providing access to resources, encouraging curiosity and exploration, preserving Jefferson's history, and offering space and technology to support learning.

Where can I get help installing Jefferson software on my computer?

Contact Jefferson IS&T (215-955-7975) for help installing on Jefferson computers. Support, instructional materials and tips are available from librarians. Note: Unavailable on campus computers.

Can you access a library from off campus?

If you are not using a computer on the campus network to connect to a library online resource, you must follow the instructions below for remote access. All students, faculty, and staff are entitled to access from off campus.

What is a prism?

Description: Prism is a statistical analysis and graphing tool that integrates with LabArchives. Log in at library.jefferson.edu/forms/prism/ with your Campus Key to request Prism.

What is a patient encounter?

Description: The Patient Encounter is designed to teach users to take a patient history and conduct a physical examination. Separate modules cover adult and infant patients. Commentary from professionals and fellow students available.
