What time does Keystone support?
Onsite support for events is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p .m. Other times by special arrangement, if a technician is available and with advance planning. Email helpdesk@keystone.edu at least a week in advance to arrange for audio or visual technology setup.
How to get an iPad agreement in KCVC?
Complete your iPad Agreement Form (login required) in MyKC and pick up your iPad at the Tech Corner during the first week of classes. The Agreement Form appears in MyKC seven days before classes start . If the form does not appear, check your schedule to verify that you have 12 or more credits and are within seven days of the semester start. KCVC and graduate students are not eligible for this program.

Electronic Information Technology Systems at Keystone College are essential and indispensable tools for learning and administration. Resident students can enjoy Xfinity On Campus to watch live TV, on demand, and recorded content on their IP-enabled devices, including laptops, tablets, smartphones and Roku players.
