What is Le Bonheur Children's Hospital?
The pediatric unit, which would be licensed to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, will be the first of its kind in West Tennessee: a pediatric hospital within a hospital for expert care for families at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. The collaboration will improve the health status of West Tennessee children by enhancing access to expert, cost-effective care, developing more comprehensive pediatric specialty programs in Jackson and strengthening the coordination of care for patients who need to travel to Memphis. How to change Cerner password?
The Cerner login window will open. Type in the username and the same generic password used on the My Apps log in. The system will immediately prompt you to change the Cerner password. The new password must be at least eight characters and must be a combination of letters and numbers. You will not have to remember the Cerner password because the system will now single sign you into the system. The password you will need to remember and manage is the My Apps password. Click the Exit icon(blue door) at the top of the screen to exit Cerner.

The password you will need to remember and manage is the My Apps password. If you enrolled and updated your profile when you logged into the system the first time, click on Reset Passwordlocated at the bottom right of the My Apps page, answer the questions and reset your password.
Can a nurse practitioner access Citrix?
Physicians, Fellows, Nurse Practitioners, and Residents that are credentialed in iPrivileges can access the Cerner system from home through www.methodistmd.org. If your computer does not have the Citrix client loaded, you will need to load this program to your computer. The download is available in the Quick Action Links under Access Instructions (PC/MAC).
