What happened to rav3 LGfL CyberCloud?
Remote Access (RAv3) LGfL CyberCloud is pleased to announce the arrival of Freedom2Roam which replaces RAv3 as LGfL’s remote access platform. If you are currently using RAv3, your settings have been copied over to the new platform, Freedom2Roam, so you can start enjoying this product now without any further configuration changes.

How can LGfL schools use freedom2roam?
Freedom To Roam. During school closure, LGfL schools can use the new Remote Access platform Freedom2Roam to access their onsite internal network. This will enable staff to remotely log onto their school computer to access documents and other resources usually available to them while on the school network.
Will rav3 continue to be accessible after freedom2roam?
Please note that RAv3 will continue to be accessible while we are transitioning schools onto Freedom2Roam but we will be sending out further communications over the coming months with regards to the decommissioning of this service.

What is remote access in school?
Remote Access functionality allows you to connect to your computer from outside your school's network.
How to log out of a syslog?
To logout, click on the username in the top right and then Logout. This will end your session and you'll return to the login screen.
Where is Remote Desktop Connection?
This is normally found under the Start menu > Windows Accessories > Remote Desktop Connection.
How to connect to a client?
Launch the client and click connect. (The same process must be performed on Mac and Windows). The icon in the system tray will look as arrowed.
How many digits do you need to enter a DFE code?
Please note you will need to full 7 digits of your DFE code after the "@" despite it already being included in your username.
Can Freedom2Roam be downloaded?
The client can be downloaded after you log into Freedom2Roam.
