What is lifespanlink and how does it work?

Additionally, LifespanLink allows providers to make referrals to departments within Lifespan. If you are a health care provider whose patients are treated in a Lifespan facility, LifespanLink will help you stay apprised of your patients’ care with the most up-to-date clinical information.

How do I get my lifespan access code?

To receive your access code by email or text message, simply call your Lifespan health care provider's office. You will receive a code immediately after answering five easy questions to confirm your identity. To receive your access code online, your identity will be verified through Experian, a leading global information services company.

What do I do if I Forget my lifespanlink password?

Once you are in LifespanLink, you must set up your challenge questions so that you can change your password if you forget it. (You can still contact your practice manager/administrator to do this, but this way you can do it yourself.)

What devices can I use with mylifespan mobile?

Mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Android) after downloading the mobile app MyLifespan Mobile. (Use of the MyLifespan mobile app is required for video visits with your health care provider.) MyLifespan is part of LifeChart, Lifespan’s electronic health record system.

How long is a password good for?

On your first log-in, you will be required to change your password. Your password will be good for 1 year and will not be required to be changed. If you forget your password, contact your practice manager/administrator and they will be able to reset your password for you.

What happens after you change your LifespanLink password?

After you have changed your password the first time, you will be presented with a terms and conditions page. You will need to agree to these terms and conditions to access LifespanLink.
