Starting March 18, 2020, Loudoun County residents will be able to obtain remote access to the Clerk of Circuit Court’s deeds and land records for 30 days at no charge. Loudoun residents can email the Clerk’s land records team to inquire and request the necessary digital paperwork to establish a temporary subscription account.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission and other advisory bodies are conducting "electronic meetings" under Virginia Code Section 2.2- 3708.2 (A) (3) during the local emergency declared in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and ratified by the Board of Supervisors on March 17, 2020.
Inclement Weather Policy
On days when Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) are closed due to inclement weather, meetings of the Board of Supervisors’ advisory boards, committees and commissions are canceled. Some exceptions apply. When LCPS close early due to inclement weather, meetings that occur after the closure time are also canceled. Read the policy (PDF).
