How do I connect to sits with LSE pulse?
Make sure that you have the Pulse VPN connected and running before you open SITS. If prompted for a username, type in: LSE/yourusername and enter your LSE password. You should now be able to access SITS as normal. Which version of remote access should I use for SITS?
What is the secure room in LSE?
The secure room is a fully enclosed, locked, controlled access room located on the fourth floor of LSE Library. Use of the room is granted to approved researchers by appointment only via the Library. Contact us to enquire about using the secure room.

If you need access to your P:Drive or H-space, you will be able to access these using the browse r version of remote access.
Can you access SITS remotely?
Accessing SITS remotely using any of the above methods will result in a slower user experience compared to accessing it directly from the LSE network. However, there will be some advantages and disadvantages to each method that may inform your judgement as to which version to use:

How do I access a file on my computer from within the Remote Desktop?
Transferring documents between your computer and Remote Desktop can be done via SharePoint or OneDrive. If you save the documents to either of these places; you can then use the web interface to access them on the Remote Desktop:
