Once your surveillance system is running smoothly, visit the app store for your device and search for Luma Surveillance (on the Apple iStore, it’s listed as an iPhone-only app, although it runs just fine on iPads). How to view camera in landscape mode?
Rotate your smartphone or tablet to view the cameras in landscape mode. The controls operate the same as in portrait mode. Note that inactivity, as well as rearranging the camera channels, makes the controls disappear. Tap the screen to make them reappear. The page dots are shown across the top. Swipe the camera screen left or right to move to another page. The grid view settings are shown to the right. All seven control icons are visible across the bottom.
Can I access the full system using LumaLink?
For now, LumaLink is limited to Luma app access only, and does not work with the Web UI. We are working on a Luma VMS app which will also support LumaLink. Luma VMS will provide full access to the system for configuration, live/recorded video, and exporting video streams.
Does this work on all networks?
Yes, this should work on all networks, with no special requirements on the setup end. Some networks may be more difficult for LumaLink to penetrate, and could cause lower performance or prevent some features from working correctly. If so, you may need to use port forwarding in those cases.
Does this work with all ISPs?
LumaLink works with all ISPs that we have tested so far. In fact, LumaLink works in some cases where port forwarding does not work without a static WAN IP address, saving the cost of a monthly fee from the ISP.

Is Luma your moneypit?
If you still have a choice, go elsewhere, instead of finding out after invoicing that LUMA is your moneypit. Seriously, your installer’ s choice of LUMA is a red flag to find a new system and a new security system consultant.
Question
I have a Luma 8CH NVR with a set of Luma cameras attached (NVR manages the addressing for the cameras so access happens through the NVR). After the installer installed them, I could go to the navigator touchscreen under security->cameras and see still images in a grid and after selecting one camera, streaming video.
