How do I register as a meridian provider?

After creating an account within the Meridian provider portal you can: The user manual is available on the secure portal, after you successfully complete the log in process. If you are a contracted provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim.

How do I enroll a device for remote access?

You need to enroll a mobile phone (preferred), tablet or phone number with Duo to allow remote access. With a device you have previously used for remote access, sign in using your Network UserID and Password. Click on the DUO Self Service Portal icon.

How do I log in to the healthcare portal?

You also have access to your healthcare information. To enter our secure portal, click on the login button. A new window will open. You can login or register. Creating an account is free and easy. If you are a contracted provider, you can register now.

What should I do if I cannot remotely log into HMH?

If you are not enrolled in Duo, you’ll receive the following message if you attempt to remotely log into HMH. Contact the IT Service Desk at x3333 or 848-237-3333.

What you need to know

Duo is an iPhone/Android app that allows HMH to confirm your identity before granting remote access to your personal data and HMH systems.
