What time does Mission Virtual Clinic open?

How to make an appointment for telehealth?
You can make an appointment by contacting your provider's office directly. If you do not have a primary care provider or you need more immediate care options, then take a few minutes to answer some questions to guide you to the best level of care. What is a video visit?
Video visits are a real-time interaction with a healthcare provider by video from the comfort and safety of your own home. All major insurances are accepted for a video visit and you are only responsible for your copay amount. Video Visits are risk-free.

Does Mission Health have an emergency care center?
Emergencies can't wait. When other care is not an option, our six hospitals are here to provide around-the-clock emergency care. Mission Health's emergency services includes western North Carolina's only designated Level II trauma center.
What does Mission Health do after an online interview?
Once you are done with the online interview, a board certified Mission Health provider will review your symptoms and develop a treatment plan unique to you.
What is Mission Virtual Clinic?
Mission Virtual Clinic is a self-pay service. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be able to submit your Mission Virtual Clinic receipt for reimbursement.
How much does a virtual clinic cost?
A Mission Virtual Clinic consultation costs $25, payable online by any major credit card. It is $25 regardless of the insurance you have, or even if you do not have insurance.
How long does it take to get a response from Mission?
You can complete an online written interview anytime and receive a response within one hour. You can even complete it in the middle of the night and receive a response from 7-8 am the following morning.
Is Mission Virtual Clinic licensed in North Carolina?
NOTE: Because Mission Virtual Clinic providers are licensed only in North Carolina, patients must be physically located in North Carolina in order to access it.
Is Mission Virtual Clinic an online pharmacy?
We treat minor health conditions, and we do not provide prescriptions for pain medications or narcotics. Mission Virtual Clinic is not an online pharmacy. You are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments or follow-up visits you may need. NOTE: Because Mission Virtual Clinic providers are licensed only in North Carolina, patients must be physically located in North Carolina in order to access it.
