It is paid for by your employer. You or a household member may call EAP to schedule an appointment with an experienced, licensed counselor.
What time does EAP open in Memphis?
Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The main EAP office is located in East Memphis and we have three satellite offices in Midtown, Germantown and Whitehaven. An MLH EAP counselor is always available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.
