Datto Cancelation scam?
I put in a request in January to cancel our Autotask subscription, we switched PSAs. I contacted our account manager and he mentioned that we need to have an exit meeting, sure, whatever. I liked Autotask just fine, just switching services to something inferior and more frustrating like an idiot, but what's done is done.
