We have a support system in place that depends on MSRA, we use the latest MSRA on Windows 2008R2. However, when we want to use our support system on a Windows 10 OR Server 2012R2 our system does not work because they (both windows versions) are shipped with older versions of MSRA.

For Windows 2012 R2, you must install the feature called Remote Assistance . This can be done using Server Manager.
