This organization has one of the most old-school and legacy-led leadership pools I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. There is zero innovation due to regulatory overburden. Executive leadership doesn't understand new methodologies and hires only those they know from other firms or inner circles.

Working at AML sector as an analyst, the job is suitable if you are in entry level or looking for a temporary job.

My manager was not technical but insisted on having oversight and input to the technical tasks I performed. This became a political problem.

Great place to work. Culture is laid back and management enables you to take initiative and work at your own pace. This is a good company for anyone who appreciates these things.
An OK position and company
A somewhat challenging position and very interesting. My manager was not technicle in the Focus environment and did not provide technical direction. The system that I worked on were poorly designed which would complicate fixes needed.
